The lack of trust and unwillingness to resolve the issue by simply sending the missing part felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this seller. Make sure to consider other options if you want reliable service and prompt assistance when issues arise.
